1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the website AiLogica.eu, as well as all artificial intelligence services (AI Voice Agents) provided by C. Georgiou TeleSecretary LTD.
By accessing or using the website or purchasing any service, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms.
If the user does not agree, they must refrain from using the website or the services.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website and do not affect orders already completed.
2. Definitions
“Company”: C. Georgiou TeleSecretary LTD (AiLogica.eu)
“Client”: Any business or individual purchasing services
“User”: Visitor of the website
“AI Voice Agent”: The artificial intelligence voice assistant operating on behalf of the Client
“Service”: Any product, subscription, or function offered by AiLogica
“Caller”: Any person contacting the Client via the AI Voice Agent
3. Description of Services
AiLogica provides:
AI-powered voice assistants for telephone customer support
subscription-based service plans
agent setup, configuration, and training
technical support and integrations (API, calendar tools, etc.)
All services are provided exclusively in digital form.
4. GDPR Roles — Full Legal Protection
For all data processed through AI Voice Agents:
The Client is the “Data Controller”
The Client determines:
the purpose of processing,
the instructions given to the AI Agent,
obligations to inform Callers,
data retention periods.
AiLogica acts strictly as the “Data Processor”
AiLogica processes data only under the Client’s documented instructions.
Therefore:
✔ AiLogica bears no responsibility for call content
✔ AiLogica is not liable for information disclosed by Callers
✔ AiLogica is not responsible for any sensitive data voluntarily revealed
✔ The Client is solely responsible for GDPR compliance toward Callers
5. Client Obligations
The Client must:
Legally inform Callers about data processing (GDPR Articles 12–14).
Provide accurate, complete instructions for configuring the AI Agent.
Ensure lawful use of the services.
Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or misleading activities.
Ensure the content and instructions supplied do not infringe upon third-party rights.
The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies or damages arising from incorrect Client-provided instructions.
6. User Responsibilities (Website Visitors)
Users must not:
interfere with the website’s operation,
introduce malware or harmful code,
attempt unauthorized access,
use the website for illegal purposes.
Users are solely responsible for any damage caused through improper use.
7. Disclaimer Regarding AI Voice Agents
AiLogica does not guarantee that:
the AI Agent will always provide accurate, complete, or error-free responses,
the service will be uninterrupted or free from downtime,
third-party telephony providers will operate without failure,
Client-provided content will be interpreted correctly by the AI.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
AiLogica is not liable for:
incorrect actions or responses generated by the AI Agent,
missed calls or interruptions caused by third-party networks,
errors due to contradictory, vague, or incomplete Client instructions,
damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
8. Payments — Subscriptions — Cancellations
Payments may be made via:
debit/credit card
bank transfer (Bank of Cyprus)
An order is valid only after payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel an order ONLY before the Company sends the email confirming that the AI Agent setup and configuration process has begun.
Once this email is sent:
❌ no cancellation is possible
❌ no refund can be issued
since service delivery has already commenced.
9. Service Suspension / Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the service if:
the Client violates these Terms,
payments are overdue,
the service is used maliciously or illegally,
required by law or regulatory authority.
10. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall AiLogica.eu be liable for:
indirect, consequential, or incidental damages,
loss of profits, business, credibility, or clients,
damages caused by third-party providers (telephony, cloud services, networks),
any content supplied by the Client or disclosed by Callers.
The maximum liability of the Company is limited to the subscription fee paid for the most recent billing period.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on AiLogica.eu—including logos, text, images, AI prompts, service structures, and proprietary technology—is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Any reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
12. Third-Party Links
AiLogica is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites linked from its platform.
13. Governing Law — Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Cyprus.
