Order Methods
Customers may place and purchase service packages through the following available methods:
1. Online Order via the Website
Orders are submitted through the Company’s online store.
The customer selects the desired service package and adds it to the electronic shopping cart.
Upon completion of the selection process, the customer is directed to a secure payment environment (SSL), where the available payment method must be selected.
Successful submission of an order constitutes full acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Terms of Service.
2. Order via Telephone Call to the Digital Assistant (Maya)
Orders may also be placed via telephone call to the digital sales assistant Maya, through the contact link provided on the website.
Maya collects the necessary information and completes the order process on behalf of the customer.
This process is deemed equivalent to an electronic order submission and is governed by the same terms.
Availability Notification and Order Modification
If a service package is temporarily unavailable or requires additional activation time, the Company shall inform the customer within a reasonable timeframe via email or telephone.
In such cases, the customer retains the right to cancel or modify the order prior to its activation.
