Cancellations & Refund Policy

The services provided by AiLogica.eu consist of digital services relating to the configuration and activation of AI Voice Agents. Due to the nature of these services, traditional return or replacement procedures applicable to physical goods do not apply. The following terms exclusively govern the customer’s right to cancel and the handling of payment correction requests.

1. Right to cancellation prior to the start of the configuration process

, informing them that the configuration process of the AI Agent has commenced.
Once the aforementioned email has been dispatched, the service is deemed to have entered the implementation phase. From that point onward, cancellation or refund is not possible, as the provision of the digital service has already begun.

2. No refund entitlement after the configuration process has begun
After the configuration process has commenced, the service is considered fully or partially rendered, in accordance with the nature of digital services and applicable legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, no refunds—whether full or partial—can be issued.

3. Incorrect charge or duplicate payment
In the event of an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or technical error in the execution of the transaction, the Company shall promptly initiate the necessary corrective actions or issue a credit for the corresponding amount.
The timeframe within which the credit will appear in the customer’s account depends solely on the processing times of the relevant banking institution or payment provider, for which the Company bears no responsibility.
Any delays attributable to third parties cannot be attributed to the Company.

4. Modification of service packages
Prior to the commencement of the configuration process, the customer may request a modification of the selected service package (upgrade or downgrade), subject to prior agreement.
Once the configuration process has begun, any modification may only occur by mutual agreement and may incur additional charges.
