The client-business using the service is the Data Controller.
AiLogica acts solely as the Data Processor, strictly under the client’s instructions.
Therefore:
✔ AiLogica bears no responsibility for the content of telephone conversations
✔ AiLogica is not liable for information disclosed by callers
✔ AiLogica is not liable for any sensitive data callers may voluntarily reveal
✔ The client-business is fully responsible for informing callers (Articles 12–14 GDPR)
This framework fully shields AiLogica.eu from legal exposure.
4. Categories of Personal Data We Process
AiLogica processes the following categories of personal data:
A. Client Businesses (companies that subscribe to AI Agents)
Name and contact details
Corporate name, activity, and billing details
Email, phone number, address
VAT number (where applicable)
Technical configuration data (instructions, system prompts, operational procedures)
B. Callers of Client Businesses (end-users who speak with the AI Agent)
Caller ID (CLI)
Call summaries
Transcriptions
Call recordings (only if enabled by the client)
Technical metadata: date, time, call duration, line, agent ID
5. Sensitive Personal Data — Full Safeguards
AiLogica:
✔ does not request, collect, or store sensitive data unnecessarily
✔ only processes sensitive data if the caller voluntarily discloses it
✔ never evaluates or further processes medical information
If sensitive information arises during calls (e.g., for medical offices):
The client-business (e.g., clinic) bears full responsibility for lawful processing and caller notification.
AiLogica processes such information only as a Data Processor, solely to fulfill the client’s instructions.

After expiration of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.
10. International Data Transfers — Fully Compliant
AiLogica:
uses service providers located within the EU or in GDPR “adequate” jurisdictions,
applies Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for any transfers outside the EU,
ensures all providers meet GDPR security standards.
This eliminates any risk of unlawful data transfer.

the client-business that the caller is contacting.
