They do not provide diagnoses, legal opinions, or binding professional advice.
They do not replace healthcare professionals, lawyers, or other licensed specialists.
They are not automated decision-making systems producing legal or similarly significant effects.
When human intervention is required, the AI Voice Agent:
records the request,
immediately notifies the client,
or escalates the communication according to the client’s predefined instructions.
4. Role of AiLogica.eu
AiLogica.eu:
designs,
configures,
and trains AI Voice Agents
strictly based on the client’s documented instructions.
AiLogica.eu does not determine the content of conversations,
does not decide how data is used,
and does not bear responsibility for business decisions made by the client based on the information collected.
5. Role of the Client
The client using AI Voice Agents:
defines all instructions, workflows, and operational rules,
is responsible for the lawful use of the service,
bears responsibility for informing callers about AI usage,
ensures compliance with applicable laws and sector-specific regulations.
The client remains solely responsible for:
the content of conversations,
decisions made based on call information,
compliance with industry-specific legal frameworks (e.g., healthcare, legal services).
6. Transparency & User Information
AiLogica.eu promotes transparency in AI usage:
Calls are handled by a digital assistant, not a human operator.
Clients must inform callers that an AI Voice Agent is being used.
Access to call summaries and records is provided according to client instructions and applicable data protection laws.
7. Training & Data Usage Restrictions
Data processed through AI Voice Agents:
is not used for general AI model training,
is not shared or mixed across different clients,
is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the contracted service.
